Heartiversarys are something to be celebrated! CHD Tablet Talk would love to send your warrior a card on their heartiversary! If you'd like to receive a card from CHD Tablet Talk, please fill out the form here.

We know how much receiving a card can brighten a heart warrior's day while they are in the hospital. To request a Card of Encouragement from CHD Tablet Talk, please fill out the form here.

Tune in on our social media for virtual storytimes. We ask authors of children's books to host a "Tales from the Heart" for you to listen to.
