FOR HEART WARRIORS

This page will show activities, resources, and support that allow heart warriors to participate to keep them engaged, connected, and supported.

Our programs are intended for children and youth under 18 years of age. By enrolling or participating, you confirm that the participant is under 18 and has received permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Heartiversarys are something to be celebrated! CHD Tablet Talk would love to send your warrior a card on their heartiversary! If you'd like to receive a card from CHD Tablet Talk, please fill out the form here.
